TWG stands firmly behind the integrity of its business and remains focused on continuing to deliver value to its stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDespite what has been reported, there has been no fraud.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Walter and his companies are the subject of a federal probe for not properly reporting investments made through his life insurance companies \u2014 Delaware Life Co. and Clear Springs Life and Annuity Co., operating under the parent company Group 1001 \u2014 with affiliated businesses owned by Walter. Essentially, investigators are examining whether the transactions amounted to self-dealing. The sudden sale, along with the fact that Walter and fellow Dodgers owner Todd Boehly are looking to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/7520200\/2026\/08\/18\/mark-walter-todd-boehly-chelsea-sale-investigation\/\">sell their shares<\/a> in the Premier League\u2019s Chelsea Football Club, raised speculation about what could happen with Walter\u2019s other sports properties. They\u2019re not for sale. There\u2019s no process that has been started to sell it, period.
