On Friday, it was reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/take-two-legal-action-gta-6-leeks-cyberleek\">the Rockstar parent company filed multiple subpoenas in a federal district court<\/a> in order to obtain a wide range of user data from Discord and Microsoft relating to the leaks.<\/p>\n<p>Some Discord users fear <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Pagan_GMR\/status\/2091193953282293919\/photo\/1\">the scope of the subpoena is so broad<\/a> it potentially affects all users of the Discord servers where the leaks circulated, which number in the hundreds of thousands.<\/p>\n<p>Discord&#8217;s marketing director, Ryan K. Rigney, has now responded, saying that the company has not yet received a subpoena from Take-Two, and that every request will be evaluated<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I can share an update on this: Discord has not yet been served with a subpoena from Take-Two,&#8221; K.
