In the subpoenas, filed on Thursday, Take-Two says copyrighted material includes \u201caudiovisual content, artwork, images, dialogue, or other creative elements\u201d and it is looking to identify \u201calleged infringers at issue.\u201d The subpoenas give <a href=\"https:\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/28570979-take-two-microsoft-subpoena\/\">Microsoft<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/28570980-take-two-discord-subpoena\/\">Discord<\/a> until September 4th to produce the requested information.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b3 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1 _1h4u4kv5\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/games\/982338\/grand-theft-auto-vi-gta-leaks-videos\">leaked clips<\/a> have been watermarked by a person or group going by \u201cCyberLeek,\u201d and they have shown what appears to be <em>GTA VI<\/em> protagonist Jason Duval (one of two protagonists) doing various activities, including driving, flying an airplane, using a taser, and attacking somebody with a wrench.
