Electric Feel Publishing<\/strong> signed Swiss-German production duo The Elements<\/strong>, which is composed of Keven Wolfsohn and Paul Bogumil Goller. The duo executive produced Ayra Starr\u2019s upcoming album Starr Girl<\/em>. Other credits include contributions to tracks performed by Burna Boy (\u201cIt\u2019s Plenty\u201d and \u201cGlory\u201d), Pop Smoke (\u201cParanoia\u201d featuring Gunna and Young Thug), Rema, Wizkid, Central Cee, Lewis Capaldi and Zara Larsson.<\/p>\n
\n\tIn a press release, the duo, which came out of the creative hub of Tape London, is described as having \u201ca reputation for blending cutting-edge production with a deep understanding of global music culture, making them trusted collaborators for artists at the forefront of pop, hip-hop, and Afrobeat.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nichols, who is Asian-American, describes herself as \u201chalf Korean, half redneck, and 100% American.\u201d Her songs include \u201cis it just me?,\u201d \u201cHOOPS,\u201d \u201cJohn Deere Green,\u201d \u201cBox Wine Problems,\u201d \u201cDressin\u2019 Down\u201d and \u201cAll Heaven Broke Loose.\u201d The latter, her latest release, was written by Nichols, Natalie Stovall and Zach Manno. \u2014\u00a0Chris Eggertsen<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/li>\n

Concord Music Publishing ANZ<\/strong> signed South Australian band Swapmeet<\/strong> to a global deal. The group, composed of Venus O\u2019Broin (guitar, vocals), Joshua Doherty (bass), Maxwell Elphick (guitar, drums, vocals) and Jack Medlyn (guitar, drums, vocals), recently released its debut album, Mount Zero<\/em>, on Winspear. Swapmeet\u2019s music is described thusly: \u201cblurs jangle pop, shoegaze and alt-rock with tongue-in-cheek precision.\u201d The band released its debut EP, Oxalis<\/em>, in 2024. N<\/span>ashville-based music company By Design <\/strong>has signed its first five writers to its roster, inking publishing deals with Austin Cain<\/strong>, Chris August<\/strong>, Jillian Edwards<\/strong> and Jon White<\/strong> in partnership with Sony Music Publishing<\/strong>, while Alison Turner<\/strong> joins in a co-pub deal. By Design\u2019s publishing arm is led by By Design vp of publishing and A&R, Josh Pauley<\/strong>. By Design launched in 2025, founded by veteran music execs Josh Bailey<\/strong>, Josh Thompson<\/strong>, Rod Riley<\/strong> and Jeremy Holley<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
