Elliott recorded six victories and five additional podium finishes, winning the overall, banked slalom and snowboard cross Crystal Globes. The three titles marked his third consecutive overall Crystal Globe. The organization is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ron Mooney will receive the Museum Lifetime Achievement Award.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mooney spent decades working as a sportswriter, covering eight Olympic Games and numerous World Cups, before becoming a guide and historian for the Colorado Snowsports Museum. <\/strong>For nearly a decade, he has helped expand the Museum\u2019s tours, educational programs and community outreach while serving as an emcee for numerous events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The collegiate awards will go to Louison Accambray and Fabio Allasina, both of the University of Colorado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Accambray, a former French National Team alpine skier from La Clusaz, France, reached the podium in all 15 races she completed during her sophomore season, winning six races and earning First-Team All-America honors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Allasina, an Italian alpine skier from Frassino, Italy, arrived at CU after competing with the Italian National Team and winning five Italian Junior Championship titles. <\/strong>He recorded multiple top-five finishes in collegiate slalom and giant slalom during the 2026 season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The four Boulder-connected honorees \u2014 Trent Bush, Chris Pappas, Accambray and Allasina \u2014 will give the 2026 celebration a particularly strong connection to the city and its snow-sports community.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>2026 Hall of Fame Class<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The Colorado Snowsports Museum will also induct its newest Hall of Fame members during the October celebration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The 2026 class includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Trent Bush<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tim and Tracey Canaday<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Jeffrey Grell<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Alan Henceroth<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Chris Pappas<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The inductees represent different parts of Colorado\u2019s snow-sports history, from industry and advocacy to resort leadership and the development of skiing in the state.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The celebration comes during the Colorado Snowsports Museum\u2019s 50th anniversary year.
