media platform.<\/p>\n<p>Draper had over 500,000 followers on his Insta account and it was active last week, with the Cincinnati Open and Britain\u2019s LTA tagging the 2025 Indian Wells Open champion into posts in recent days.<\/p>\n<p>Yet the link to Draper\u2019s account has now been disabled, with the following message appearing when you click on Draper\u2019s Insta handle: \u201cSorry, this page isn\u2019t available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It is unclear why Draper would delete his account, especially as his sponsors would all be keen to tap into his active following as they look to maximise their association with the former world No 4.<\/p>\n<p>Draper\u2019s social media presence would be even more significant for sponsors given his lack of time on court over the last year, as he has struggled to find a solution to a bone bruising issue in his arm.<\/p>\n<h2>More Tennis News<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis365.com\/tennis-news\/jack-draper-injury-agony-continues-cincinnati\">Jack Draper\u2019s agony continues in Cincinnati as questions asked over his next move<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis365.com\/tennis-news\/jack-draper-lifts-lid-change-mindset-hitting-rock-bottom-injuries\">Jack Draper lifts lid on change of mindset after hitting \u2018rock bottom\u2019 with injuries<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Draper broke down in tears on court as he lost at the Montreal Masters earlier this month and he was clearly hampered once again as he lost against Martin Landaluce at the Cincinnati Open earlier this week.<\/p>\n<p>There has been no official announcement over whether Draper will compete at the US Open later this month, where he is due to play with Jessica Pegula in the mixed doubles even a week before the main draw begins.<\/p>\n<p>If Draper is unable to get three a best-of-three-set match in a Masters tournament, it seems highly unlikely that he will play in a Grand Slam tournament where he would be competing over five sets.<\/p>\n<p>Leading injury prevention and athlete welfare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis365.com\/tennis-features\/jack-draper-leading-injury-expert-bone-bruising-cincinnati-open\">expert Stephen Smith has spoken to Tennis365 about Jack Draper\u2019s ongoing struggle<\/a> and he suggested this is a challenging injury to overcome.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wouldn\u2019t say it\u2019s uncommon,\u201d said Smith. \u201cWhat we saw at the Canadian Open was genuinely difficult to watch. He\u2019s been navigating that bone bruising injury in his left arm for a significant period, and bone bruising is notoriously slow to resolve.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat would happen if you keep overloading that is it could end up resulting in a stress fracture, as well. You can\u2019t accelerate that biological process too much. You manage your load around it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe drop in his serve speed during the match, they were pretty visible data points that he was having an issue.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen a player\u2019s serve speed falls that much from their baseline, that\u2019s a flag that something is limiting their ability to generate force through the kinetic chain.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, for his comeback to continue, I think the priority has to be honest load monitoring \u2014 not just how the arms feel day to day.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think there would need to be very, very serious quantification of load, and not just time on court, but the actual physical demands \u2014 speeds, impacts, changes of direction, racket speed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Want more from Tennis365?
