a 19-year-old Briton riding for the NSN Development Team, died on stage 8 due to a reported collision with a car.<\/p>\n<p id=\"elk-f668244e-9889-11f1-8c26-d976c05b4a3b-2\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"kiosq-b\">On Saturday morning, the race organisers confirmed that the penultimate stage of the race would go ahead, though without Tarling&#8217;s teammates, who have all withdrawn.<\/p>\n<div Volta a Portugal.
