\n\tNow, Langley\u2019s Dandelion<\/em>, which has spent 13 weeks at No. 1 on Top Country Albums since it debuted in April, has delivered yet another milestone.<\/p>\n
With \u201cChoosin\u2019 Texas,\u201d \u201cBe Her\u201d and, on the Aug. 15-dated Country Airplay chart, the Morgan Wallen duet \u201cI Can\u2019t Love You Anymore\u201d each reaching No. 1, Dandelion is just the 13th album by a woman or an act with a woman vocalist to generate at least three leaders since the chart launched in 1990. It\u2019s the first to reach the threshold since Kelsea Ballerini\u2019s The First Time <\/em>in 2015-16.<\/p>\n
Wallen brings some impressive album history of his own to the occasion. His \u201cDon\u2019t We,\u201d which immediately preceded \u201cI Can\u2019t Love You Anymore\u201d atop Country Airplay, became the seventh No. 1 from I\u2019m the Problem<\/em>, making it the first album to generate seven leaders from an original version. Luke Combs\u2019 What You See Is What You Get<\/em> also produced seven when counting its original and deluxe editions.<\/p>\n
For albums by women, however, even three has become rare. Ten of the 13 qualifying sets arrived between 1992 and 2009. Carrie Underwood leads with three \u2014 Some Hearts<\/em>, Carnival Ride <\/em>and Play On <\/em>\u2014 while Shania Twain follows with two. Twain\u2019s The Woman in Me<\/em> remains the only album in the group to produce four Country Airplay No. 1s.<\/p>\n
