The original cover sees all four members of Queen standing side-by-side in matching leather jackets, and is rendered unrecognisable in the AI version May shared.<\/p>\n<div class=\"td-a-ad id_inline_ad0 id_ad_content-horiz-center\"><span class=\"td-adspot-title\">Advertisement<\/span>  <\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-article-1\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>May captioned the picture of the shoddy cover: \u201cI just had to share this with you guys. I asked Meta AI to show me what the cover of THE GAME album looked like. This is what it gave me ! Good job, eh ?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo this is the kind of intelligence that will soon be ruling the world ??! Well, great. Maybe this is the time to realise WE ACTUALLY DON\u2019T NEED AI !!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>May then said that he was \u201cnow very serious\u201d, adding: \u201cI believe the price we are about to pay for this \u2018inevitable\u2019 development is way too high. We must not allow these hideous Data Centres to be built in the UK. They will destroy our beautiful country, like they are already destroying beautiful America.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Addressing Prime Minister Andy Burnham, May signed off his post by writing: \u201cDear Andy \u2013 you must stop it now. The tour\u00a0came to the UK and Europe in 2022, while their most recent live shows took place in Asia in early 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Last month,\u00a0Roger Taylor opened up about the chances of Queen touring again, telling\u00a0<em>BBC<\/em> Radio 2: \u201cWell, it is a big machine to gear up, if you know what I mean. I think it\u2019s more down to Brian than me. I love playing live. I enjoy it, always have.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It comes after\u00a0May said earlier this year that he would refuse to tour in the US, reasoning that the country is a \u201cdangerous place\u201d.<\/p>\n<div class=\"td-a-ad id_inline_ad2 id_ad_content-horiz-center\"><span class=\"td-adspot-title\">Advertisement<\/span>  <\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-article-2\" class=\"lazy-ad\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Before that,\u00a0he said that Queen would not headline Glastonbury Festival \u201cbecause of the politics of the people who run it\u201d. He cited founder Michael Eavis\u2019 support of badger culling over the years.\u00a0\u201cUnless that changes, I won\u2019t do it,\u201d May continued.<\/p>\n<p>He revealed last autumn, that Queen had worked on some new material with Lambert, and said they had considered bringing their live show to The Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada. \u201c\u200aI\u2019m very keen on the Sphere,\u201d May explained. \u201cIt\u2019s got my mind working.<\/p>\n<p>May\u2019s wife Anita Dobson implied in December that, despite Queen working on new music, it was unlikely that they would resume full-scale touring. \u201cThey will do little bits and bobs, but they\u00a0won\u2019t\u00a0do those big tours,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>May suffered a minor stroke in 2024, which he said came on \u201call of a sudden, out of the blue\u201d. He explained that it left him without any control over one of his arms, and described it as \u201ca little scary\u201d. Last November,\u00a0May said his health issues had served as a \u201cwake-up call\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Over the Christmas period, Queen released a never-before-heard festive song, \u2018Not For Sale (Polar Bear)\u2019. The band\u00a0were also named as the UK\u2019s most-played rock act of the 21st century back in October.<\/p>\n<p>Lambert\u00a0told\u00a0<em>NME<\/em>\u00a0earlier this year\u00a0that there was \u201cnothing going on at the moment with Queen\u201d as the band are \u201call chilling\u201d and taking some time away from writing new music.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor himself is currently\u00a0gearing up to release \u2018Violence Insane In A Beautiful World\u2019\u00a0\u2013 drummer\u2019s seventh solo LP and his first since his 2021 studio effort \u2018Outsider\u2019. I think it\u2019s more down to Brian than me. I love playing live. I enjoy it, always have.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It comes after\u00a0May said earlier this year that he would refuse to tour in the US, reasoning that the country is a \u201cdangerous place\u201d.<\/p>\n<div class=\"td-a-ad id_inline_ad2 id_ad_content-horiz-center\"><span class=\"td-adspot-title\">Advertisement<\/span>  <\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-article-2\" class=\"lazy-ad\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Before that,\u00a0he said that Queen would not headline Glastonbury Festival \u201cbecause of the politics of the people who run it\u201d. He cited founder Michael Eavis\u2019 support of badger culling over the years.\u00a0\u201cUnless that changes, I won\u2019t do it,\u201d May continued.<\/p>\n<p>He revealed last autumn, that Queen had worked on some new material with Lambert, and said they had considered bringing their live show to The Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada. \u201c\u200aI\u2019m very keen on the Sphere,\u201d May explained. \u201cIt\u2019s got my mind working.<\/p>\n<p>May\u2019s wife Anita Dobson implied in December that, despite Queen working on new music, it was unlikely that they would resume full-scale touring. \u201cThey will do little bits and bobs, but they\u00a0won\u2019t\u00a0do those big tours,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>May suffered a minor stroke in 2024, which he said came on \u201call of a sudden, out of the blue\u201d. He explained that it left him without any control over one of his arms, and described it as \u201ca little scary\u201d. Last November,\u00a0May said his health issues had served as a \u201cwake-up call\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Over the Christmas period, Queen released a never-before-heard festive song, \u2018Not For Sale (Polar Bear)\u2019. The band\u00a0were also named as the UK\u2019s most-played rock act of the 21st century back in October.<\/p>\n<p>Lambert\u00a0told\u00a0<em>NME<\/em>\u00a0earlier this year\u00a0that there was \u201cnothing going on at the moment with Queen\u201d as the band are \u201call chilling\u201d and taking some time away from writing new music.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor himself is currently\u00a0gearing up to release \u2018Violence Insane In A Beautiful World\u2019\u00a0\u2013 drummer\u2019s seventh solo LP and his first since his 2021 studio effort \u2018Outsider\u2019.
