Just taking a bit more care of my mental health, I would say.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Being in the correct position before climbs has also been a big lesson for Blasi on a Tour of ups and downs, as she told <em>AS<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would say it was a mix of highs and lows, but this is like life, no? But sometimes there is too much speculation and it hurts the people.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-placeholder-wrapper relative w-full border-t border-b border-border-light col-span-full my-3 md:col-span-10 md:col-start-2\">\n<div class=\"mb-[30px] min-h-[30px] text-center\"><span class=\"font-utility-4 font-medium tracking-[1px] text-neutral-500 uppercase\">ADVERTISEMENT<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cBecause behind an athlete there is a person, a girl, a woman, and we do suffer a little bit sometimes when we read some silly stuff, let\u2019s say. And sometimes I just think we should think twice before writing down things.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>On Tour podium after years of pain<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cWe showed we could work very well today,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the end, Paula was working for me \u2013 and I was working for her until I punctured before the sprint because she\u2019s super fast, and I wanted to give her a chance to be second in a stage in the Tour de France. We went all in, and we showed we were strong.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Longo Borghini did not finish her 2025 or 2023 Tours due to illness. She called third place one of the proudest moments of her career after \u201crolling the dice\u201d, working to drop Marlen Reusser (Movistar).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the end, fourth or 10th does not change anything for me,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Typical Longo Borghini, fiery and determined to the last.
