These include his residency at Las Vegas\u2019 The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this summer, Stewart was forced to pause a gig in Utah to use an oxygen tank after nearly fainting on stage. \u201cWould you mind if I sat down for this one?\u201d he playfully asked the crowd.<\/p>\n<p>This followed him facing backlash when he was spotted cheering for Scotland at a World Cup game, just hours after cancelling a concert in California due to health reasons.<\/p>\n<div class=\"td-a-ad id_inline_ad2 id_ad_content-horiz-center\"><span class=\"td-adspot-title\">Advertisement<\/span>  <\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-article-2\" class=\"lazy-ad\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Stewart\u2019s team had shared a statement detailing that \u201con the advice of his doctors and following a diagnosis of an acute upper respiratory infection that has resulted in laryngitis, he is unable to take the stage this evening\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In his own message, the veteran singer told fans: \u201cFollowing treatment, I\u2019m feeling much better, but my voice is not. I\u2019m very disappointed and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience to my fans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stewart\u2019s \u2018One Last Time\u2019 farewell tour included his Legends Slot on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival last year. This spring, the star said he\u2019d \u201cprobably\u201d wrap up live touring for good with a UK run in 2027.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024,\u00a0Stewart said he was done with \u201clarge-scale world tours\u201d, saying his 2025 run of arena shows would be his last. organisers shared a statement confirming that the concert would no longer be going ahead as planned.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDue to an unforeseen but minor medical procedure that required prompt attention, Rod Stewart\u2019s performance tonight in Cincinnati has been postponed,\u201d it read. \u201cRescheduling is currently underway, with additional information to follow on Tuesday.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The message went on to add that \u201call previously purchased tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled date\u201d. I\u2019m very disappointed and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience to my fans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stewart\u2019s \u2018One Last Time\u2019 farewell tour included his Legends Slot on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival last year.
