class=\"ciam-article-t365\"><!-- Article Start --><\/p>\n<p>The start of the 2026 Cincinnati Open is less than a week away, and the number of players to withdraw has climbed to 11 across both the men\u2019s and women\u2019s events.<\/p>\n<p>Main draw action in Cincinnati will take place from Thursday, 13 August to Sunday, 23 August at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio.<\/p>\n<p>The Cincinnati Open is the second joint ATP\/WTA 1000 tournament of the North American hard-court season following the Canadian Open.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis365.com\/tag\/carlos-alcaraz\">Carlos Alcaraz<\/a> and Iga Swiatek were the respective men\u2019s and women\u2019s singles champions in Cincinnati in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>World No 2 Alcaraz, though, will not defend his title as he is one of six men who has pulled out of the Masters event.<\/p>\n<p>The seven-time Grand Slam champion has not played since April due to a right
