OpenAI does have an interest in hiring the best engineers, inventors, developers and creators \u2014 many of whom have decided to leave Apple and to come to OpenAI, attracted by the innovative and exciting work the company is doing.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"duet--article--article-body-component\">\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">The judge is set to hear arguments on the motion on October 1st. Meanwhile, Apple also asked for a <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.cand.474095\/gov.uscourts.cand.474095.38.0.pdf\">preliminary injunction<\/a> on Monday to prevent
