\n\tOn Tuesday, Art Week NYC, the soon-to-launch annual citywide celebration of contemporary art presented by ARTnews<\/em>, Art in America<\/em>, and Artforum<\/em>, announced the galleries participating in its gallery program.<\/p>\n \n\tSeventy-six galleries are set to participate in the inaugural edition of the event, set to take place November 11\u201314. Among those participating are blue-chip enterprises like Hauser & Wirth, Gagosian, David Zwirner, Pace Gallery, White Cube, Perrotin, Lisson, and Paula Cooper. Other galleries run the gamut from emerging to midsize, and are located across the city\u2019s gallery districts, including Chelsea, Tribeca, the Lower East Side, and the Upper East Side. <\/p>\n \n\t\u201cOur vision for Art Week NYC began\u00a0with the galleries,\u201d Danielle McConnell, publisher of\u00a0Artforum<\/em>, said in a statement. \u201cThe\u00a0galleries\u00a0are where artists are discovered, careers are built, and the\u00a0conversation around contemporary art moves forward. By bringing them together under one citywide platform,\u00a0we\u2019re\u00a0creating an experience that reflects the strength and diversity of New York\u2019s gallery community.\u00a0We\u2019re\u00a0excited to invite\u00a0audiences\u00a0to\u00a0see\u00a0art where it is best seen,\u00a0at\u00a0the\u00a0galleries and museums\u00a0across the city.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n \n\tIn addition to the gallery program, ARTnews<\/em> will present the Art Week NYC Hub, with a full slate of live interviews, panel discussions, artist talks, and other editorial programming to be announced in hte coming months. Artforum<\/em> and the New Museum will also host a day of public programming, and the ADAA Fair will present its 2026 edition during the event.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cEvery day, ARTnews<\/em> reports on the continuous changes in today\u2019s art ecosystem. \u00a0The collector base needs to grow through education and experience. To complement the galleries\u2019 programs, ARTnews<\/em> will host a series of conversations that highlight the many ways to love and support\u00a0art.
