\n\tWarner Music Group (WMG) CFO and COO Armin Zerza<\/strong> is stepping down \u201cfor personal reasons effective immediately,\u201d the company announced on Friday (July 31).<\/p>\n

Louis Dickler<\/strong>, who currently serves as senior vp and global controller and chief accounting officer at WMG, will serve as acting CFO, while Warner Records co-chairman and COO Tom Corson<\/strong> is set to succeed Zerza in the COO role.<\/p>\n

    \n\tZerza was named CFO of WMG in April 2025, having previously served as the CFO of Activision Blizzard. WMG said in a statement on his exit that Zerza will be available through the end of the company\u2019s fiscal year to help \u201censure a seamless transition.\u201d<\/p>\n

    \n\t\u201cArmin has been an instrumental leader and member of the executive team during a crucial period of growth and transformation,\u201d said WMG CEO Robert Kyncl<\/strong> in a statement on his departure. \u201cWe thank Armin for his outstanding business and financial leadership and enduring contributions to WMG, and we wish him all the best.\u201d<\/p>\n

    \n\tWMG says it has already kicked off a search for Zerza\u2019s replacement. That individual will become the music company\u2019s third CFO since 2023.<\/p>\n

    \n\tPrior to Zerza taking over the top financial job in 2025, former Disney and ESPN CFO Bryan Castellani<\/strong> held the role.<\/p>\n

    \n\tDickler also previously served as WMG\u2019s CFO starting in November 2021, when longtime then-CFO Eric Levin<\/strong> was on medical leave. Dickler \u201cbrings extensive financial expertise and deep knowledge of WMG\u2019s operations, ensuring continuity and stability across the company\u2019s financial operations,\u201d according to a press release.<\/p>\n
