P\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een urm\u0103toarele \u0219apte zile, cererea ar urma s\u0103 se men\u021bin\u0103 \u00een jurul valorii de 7.300 MWh\/h, iar \u00een intervalul 4\u20139 august 2026 ar putea urca la 8.000 MWh\/h.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dup\u0103 oprirea reactoarelor de la Cernavod\u0103, balan\u021ba de sear\u0103 arat\u0103 o produc\u021bie intern\u0103 total\u0103 estimat\u0103 \u00eentre 3.500 \u0219i 4.700 MWh, \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care hidroenergia ar putea furniza 1.300\u20131.700 MWh, gazele 900\u20131.300 MWh, c\u0103rbunele 700\u20131.000 MWh, eolianul 200\u2013800 MWh, iar biomasa \u0219i alte surse 100\u2013200 MWh. Energia solar\u0103 nu mai contribuie dup\u0103 apus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen aceste condi\u021bii, importul necesar ar ajunge la 2.600\u20133.500 MWh \u00een perioada 30 iulie \u2013 3 august \u0219i la 3.300\u20133.500 MWh \u00eentre 4 \u0219i 9 august. Importul poten\u021bial disponibil este estimat la 2.500\u20133.000 MWh, respectiv 2.400\u20132.900 MWh, ceea ce las\u0103 un deficit posibil de 100\u2013500 MW \u00een prima perioad\u0103 \u0219i de 700\u20131.100 MW \u00een a doua. \u00centr-o sear\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 v\u00e2nt \u0219i cu produc\u021bie hidro redus\u0103, deficitul poate dep\u0103\u0219i capacitatea comercial\u0103 normal\u0103 de import.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2t poate importa fizic Rom\u00e2nia<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Capacitatea tehnic\u0103 agregat\u0103 de import a Rom\u00e2niei se situeaz\u0103 \u00een jurul valorii de 3.300 MW, \u00eens\u0103 disponibilitatea comercial\u0103 orar\u0103 poate fi mai mic\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de fluxurile regionale \u0219i de necesarul de rezerve de siguran\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pe frontiera cu Ungaria, capacitatea practic\u0103 de import este estimat\u0103 la 1.000\u20131.400 MW, \u00eens\u0103 disponibilitatea este redus\u0103 din cauza problemelor de la centrala nuclear\u0103 Paks. Pe rela\u021bia cu Bulgaria, pot fi adu\u0219i 700\u20131.000 MW, at\u00e2t timp c\u00e2t unit\u0103\u021bile de la Kozlodui func\u021bioneaz\u0103. Serbia ar putea oferi 300\u2013600 MW, dar este afectat\u0103 de secet\u0103 \u0219i de problemele hidro \u0219i termoelectrice. Fluxurile din Ucraina (100\u2013300 MW) \u0219i Republica Moldova r\u0103m\u00e2n limitate \u0219i incerte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen total, un import simultan realist se situeaz\u0103 \u00eentre 2.100 \u0219i 3.300 MW, dar numai dac\u0103 exist\u0103 ofert\u0103 regional\u0103 suficient\u0103.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De unde ar putea veni energia<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bulgaria<\/strong> r\u0103m\u00e2ne cea mai important\u0103 surs\u0103 poten\u021bial\u0103. Cu aproape 2.000 MW nucleari la Kozlodui \u00een func\u021biune, \u021bara vecin\u0103 poate sus\u021bine exporturi c\u0103tre Rom\u00e2nia, mai ales pe timpul nop\u021bii. Exportul probabil c\u0103tre Rom\u00e2nia este estimat la 500\u2013900 MW. Dac\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 una dintre unit\u0103\u021bile de la Kozlodui se opre\u0219te, disponibilitatea poate sc\u0103dea sub 400 MW, iar \u00een cazul opririi ambelor unit\u0103\u021bi Bulgaria ar putea deveni ea \u00eens\u0103\u0219i importatoare.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ungaria<\/strong> dispune de o interconectare bun\u0103 cu Rom\u00e2nia, \u00eens\u0103 a pierdut deja o unitate la Paks, iar alta func\u021bioneaz\u0103 la putere redus\u0103, ceea ce a diminuat produc\u021bia nuclear\u0103 ungar\u0103 cu aproximativ 700\u2013750 MW. Importul posibil din aceast\u0103 direc\u021bie este estimat la 700\u20131.200 MW, o parte din acesta put\u00e2nd reprezenta energie de tranzit. Dac\u0103 Paks pierde \u00eenc\u0103 un reactor, fluxul disponibil poate sc\u0103dea cu 300\u2013500 MW.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Serbia<\/strong> este o surs\u0103 vulnerabil\u0103. Produc\u021bia hidro de la Djerdap (Por\u021bile de Fier) a cobor\u00e2t la aproximativ o treime din nivelul normal, iar problemele de ap\u0103 afecteaz\u0103 \u0219i centralele pe c\u0103rbune de la Kostolac. Serbia ar putea furniza punctual 200\u2013400 MW, dar nu poate fi considerat\u0103 o surs\u0103 stabil\u0103 pe termen mai lung.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pre\u021burile pe Pia\u021ba pentru Ziua Urm\u0103toare (PZU) vor cre\u0219te puternic<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pre\u021bul energiei pe PZU a ajuns ast\u0103zi la 63,3 lei\/MWh la ora 12 \u0219i la 1.604 lei\/MWh la ora 20 \u2013 de 25 de ori mai mare. Pentru 31 iulie, AEI consider\u0103 realist\u0103 o medie de aproximativ 1.200 lei\/MWh, cu un v\u00e2rf de 3.000 lei\/MWh. \u00cen urm\u0103toarele s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, dac\u0103 Bulgaria limiteaz\u0103 exporturile sau dac\u0103 Ungaria pierde \u00eenc\u0103 400\u2013500 MW nucleari, media ar putea urca spre 1.400\u20131.600 lei\/MWh, iar orele de sear\u0103 ar putea dep\u0103\u0219i 5.000 lei\/MWh.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Concluzia expertului<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit pre\u0219edintelui Asocia\u021biei Energia Inteligent\u0103, Dumitru Chis\u0103li\u021b\u0103, Rom\u00e2nia poate acoperi prin import oprirea ambelor reactoare de la Cernavod\u0103 numai dac\u0103 sunt \u00eendeplinite simultan mai multe condi\u021bii: Bulgaria p\u0103streaz\u0103 \u00een func\u021biune centrala de la Kozlodui, Ungaria nu mai pierde mai mult de \u00eenc\u0103 un reactor, consumul na\u021bional r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een jurul valorii de 7.000\u20137.300 MWh, exist\u0103 minimum 4.000 MWh produc\u021bie intern\u0103 la v\u00e2rful de sear\u0103, iar capacit\u0103\u021bile pe gaze, c\u0103rbune, hidro \u0219i baterii sunt folosite la maxim.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Importul de aproximativ 3.300 MW este posibil din punct de vedere tehnic, dar nu este garantat comercial.
