Charli xcx \u2013 \u201cCamera\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Charli xcx changed pop music unequivocally two years ago with the release of her era-defining, sound-shifting masterwork BRAT<\/em>. Can she do it again? Music, Film, Fashion <\/em>is a direct juxtaposition to her previous album sonically and thematically, and early reviews have been mixed \u2013 with critics\u2019 reviews ranging from tepid to overwhelmingly positive. Time will tell whether the impact will be in the same echelon, but for now, there\u2019s no doubting the impressive individual cuts \u2013 few more so than the introspection and immersion of \u201cCamera\u201d.<\/p>\n

AD\u00c9LA \u2013 \u201cAin\u2019t In LA\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

AD\u00c9LA has quickly established herself as one of the most expressive and essential pop stars to emerge in the past few years. We\u2019ve been blessed with news of a forthcoming debut album, PRIMA<\/em>, set for release via Polydor Records on 4th September, and a teaser single. \u201cAin\u2019t In LA\u201d is a miraculously effective pop cut with savvy sampling, stunning vocals, and one of the videos of the year from Fred Gervais.<\/p>\n

Tyla \u2013 \u201cMR. NONCHALANT\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pop tigress Tyla is an A*POP <\/em>star with the release of her sophomore album. On the 14-track project, bubbling and sizzling with bumping amapiano, sexy R&B and infectious pop melodies and lyricism, she beckons \u201cMR. NONCHALANT\u201d. It\u2019s sexy and sharp, with an almost-isolated percussion-led melody; there\u2019s an unexpected orchestral crescendo before it diminuendos into a static beat. This one will be a crowd gatherer\u2026as most of the tracks on the record will. This one is more infectiously so.<\/p>\n

KATSEYE \u2013 \u201cAnimal\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ladies of KATSEYE unleash their inner \u201cAnimal\u201d on this quintessentially pop track. Enlisting the help of the<\/em> \u201cA Team\u201d, Ed Sheeran, Omar Fedi and Blake Slatkin \u2013 who all helped to co-write and produce \u2013 the HYBE girl group are amping up the sexy. On this track, they\u2019re both the man and the woman, toeing the ever-growing fine line between feminine and masculine. It\u2019s a fearless single, perhaps one of their best vocal performances yet, glossing a punky and pulsing melody.<\/p>\n


<\/strong>Nines ft. Odeal & Skrapz \u2013 \u201cMilan\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of UK rap\u2019s most legendary names, when Nines sold out the O2 and retired two years ago, it seemed like the perfect climactic chapter for the North West London general. But there\u2019s room for an epilogue; he shares Lost Tapes, a collection of previously unheard cuts from various eras. \u201cMilan\u201d, with Odeal and Skrapz, is a particular standout.<\/p>\n

Greg Freeman \u2013 \u201cIndu\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alt-country musician Greg Freeman has announced his third album, All Set The Bone<\/em>, alongside the release of its lead single, \u201cIndu\u201d. Produced by John Congleton, the record follows the critically acclaimed Burnover<\/em> and leans into Freeman\u2019s signature blend of jagged indie rock with emotional storytelling. To celebrate the release, the Vermont songwriter has also announced a run of UK, European and US tour dates, including two London shows at MOTH Club this August.<\/p>\n

Lexie Liu ft. Yves \u2013 \u201cPop Girl\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
