This is the Aston Martin Vanquish<\/a> 25, which as the name suggests, celebrates 25 years since that original 2001 car burst onto the scene with one of the world\u2019s best soundtracks and coolest ever names.<\/p>\n

And as befits the car that burst into public consciousness in that godawful 007 movie \u2013 thou shalt not repeat its name<\/a> \u2013 it\u2019s been designed and specced up by Q.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As such, it comes with a special \u2018Skye Silver\u2019 paintjob, metal foil detailing on the sills, a Q Commission \u2018exhaust finisher\u2019, stainless steel side strakes, and of course, the obligatory special edition badging on the arches and on the headrests.<\/p>\n

It also comes with 21s, \u2018unique\u2019 trim perforation patterns, laser-etched AM trim inlays, black Alcantara headlining, and the option of three interior colourways (black, tan, grey).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Of course, you\u2019re getting a fair bit more than a few badges, thanks largely to the large 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 nestled within, developing 818bhp and 738lb ft of torque that catapults Aston\u2019s range-topper from 0-62mph in 3.3s and up to 214mph.<\/p>\n

But then you get all of that twin-turbo fury in the regular, non-Vanquish 25 Vanquish. Which starts from \u00a3338,000. This new car \u2013 limited, globally available and thus one of the rarest Astons you can currently buy \u2013 kicks off from \u00a3430,000.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
