[\u2026]<\/p>\n<p class=\"disable\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"disable\">\u00a0Secondo il tribunale, la tempistica del licenziamento non sarebbe stata sufficiente a dimostrare una ritorsione della Rai nei confronti del 66enne. In precedente, infatti, la Rai aveva gi\u00e0 adottato nei confronti di Varriale una sanzione conservativa per un diverso procedimento disciplinare e aveva valutato anche delle possibili soluzioni organizzative per il suo reinserimento professionale.
