Locale posto sotto sequestro\u201d. Lo hanno notato le decine e decine di persone che nella giornata di luned\u00ec 20 luglio sono passate davanti a quell&#8217;uscio, al settimo piano del Palazzo di Giustizia di Milano, nel corridoio che ospita i gip e i gup. L&#8217;ipotesi, ora, \u00e8 quella dell&#8217;appropriazione di una somma confiscata da parte di un funzionario.<\/p>\n<p class=\"disable\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"disable\">Secondo quanto appreso, a essere posto sotto sequestro \u00e8 stato lo studio di un dipendente amministrativo in forza all&#8217;ufficio del gip del tribunale meneghino (per la precisione, ufficio decreti di archiviazione) che si occupa dei beni sotto sequestro che vengono destinati al Fondo unico giustizia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"disable\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dagospia.com\/media-gallery\/dago-fotogallery-517667\/2287429\" class=\"float-left img-wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"2287429\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/static.dagospia.com\/img\/foto\/07-2026\/tribunale-di-milano-2287429_800_q50.webp\"><span class=\"img-title\">tribunale di milano<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"disable\">Sul caso \u00e8 stata aperta un&#8217;inchiesta, ma l&#8217;indagine riguarda solo il dipendente e non il settore dell&#8217;ufficio decreti archiviazione.<\/p>\n<p class=\"disable\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"disable\">L&#8217;indagato avrebbe tentato di appropriarsi di una somma confiscata di circa 985mila euro, spiegano le agenzie di stampa.
