The user noted that his account had been compromised, and after reaching out to Microsoft for help, things actually got worse. Instead of giving Khane his account back, Microsoft deleted everything, even after verfiying that he was the true owner. <\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">Not only did Khane lose 25 years&#8217; worth of video games, he also lost everything that was backed up in Microsoft&#8217;s cloud storage service, OneDrive. He claims that he lost his son&#8217;s baby pictures in the process and expressed bitter outrage over the entire situtation.
