It is her first studio album since 2019\u2019s \u2018Madame X\u2019, and arrived earlier this month.<\/p>\n<div class=\"td-a-ad id_inline_ad0 id_ad_content-horiz-center\"><span class=\"td-adspot-title\">Advertisement<\/span>  <\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-article-1\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Since it dropped, the album debuted at Number One on the Billboard 200 albums chart, and has already been getting rave reviews from fans and critics alike.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Madonna has responded to the praise for the record and admitted that it caught her off-guard.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWords cannot express how grateful and surprised I am by the incredible reception \u2018Confessions on a Dance Floor\u2019 has received,\u201d she shared on Instagram. \u201cThank you to everyone who has been a part of this and who has helped make this dream come true. Especially my fans. This grande dame still knows how to make us move.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Last month, Madonna released <em>Confessions II \u2013 The Film<\/em>, a star-studded short film accompaniment to the album. The project features appearances from Carpenter, Kate Moss, Julia Garner, Benedict Cumberbatch, Shygirl, Richard E. Grant, Debi Mazar and Arca, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, the singer has teased that \u201csomething bigger is coming\u201d after the promotional run for the album \u2013 hinting at a possible Glastonbury 2027 slot \u2013 as well as played release shows in Paris, Los Angeles and London, and been forced to withdraw from a surprise appearance at London Pride over apparent safety concerns.<\/p>\n<p>Later this week, she will join Justin Bieber, Shakira and BTS during the first-ever World Cup final Halftime show \u2013 a Super Bowl-style event at the MetLife Stadium in East original album. The project features appearances from Carpenter, Kate Moss, Julia Garner, Benedict Cumberbatch, Shygirl, Richard E.
