race preparation prior to the MotoGP German Grand Prix sprint \u201cwas useless\u201d, and he is \u201calways late\u201d in finding what he needs for Sundays.<\/p>\n<p>The championship leader was off the pace on Friday, complaining of having \u201cno strong points\u201d on the factory Aprilia.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifying ninth, Jorge Martin was able to recover to sixth in the sprint and put pressure on Trackhouse Aprilia\u2019s Raul Fernandez in the closing stages of the 15-lap race.<\/p>\n<figure> <source confidence in the front-end, Martin says Aprilia made a lot of changes to his bike ahead of the sprint, which effectively rendered Saturday\u2019s race as \u201cmy FP2\u201d.<\/p>\n<aside>\n<div can say that I improved a lot from yesterday,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom the morning also, I think we were losing a bit the direction in terms of set-up, and we saw the other Aprilia were in another direction.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI came back to that way and I feel a bit better.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Asked what was changed on the bike, he replied: \u201cA bit of electronics.
