Majoritatea acestor \u0219colari sunt din mediul rural. Iar printre principalele cauze identificate este lipsa de interes a p\u0103rin\u021bilor fa\u021b\u0103 de \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103r\u0103cia lucie din anumite zone ale Rom\u00e2niei.\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"container-image  svelte-jd4qiv\"><source type=\"image\/webp\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.adh.reperio.news\/image-b\/b83dd21c-d870-4c09-8296-e1e50fa38737\/index.jpeg?p=a%3D1%26co%3D1.05%26w%3D1400%26h%3D750%26r%3Dcontain%26f%3Dwebp 1400w\" media=\"(min-width: 1400px)\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"caption\">Lumea rural\u0103 este m\u0103cinat\u0103 de s\u0103r\u0103cie \u0219i lips\u0103 de perspectiv\u0103 FOTO Cosmin Zamfirache<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Conform datelor statistice, anul acesta, peste 30.000 de elevi rom\u00e2ni de clasa a VIII-a nu au putut ob\u021bine nici m\u0103car media 5 la <a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-interne\/educatie\/s-au-afisat-rezultatele-la-evaluarea-nationala-2539961.html\">Evaluarea Na\u021bional\u0103<\/a>. Pe scurt, aproximativ 21% dintre elevii rom\u00e2ni nu au f\u0103cut fa\u021b\u0103 examenului. Cele mai catastrofale rezultate au fost ob\u021binute la matematic\u0103, acolo unde un sfert dintre elevii rom\u00e2ni care au terminat opt clase nu au fost \u00een stare s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 nota 5. De altfel, rezultatele, per ansamblu, sunt mai slabe dec\u00e2t cele de anul trecut. Tot datele oficiale indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 \u00een mediul rural s-a \u00eenregistrat cel mai mare procent de elevi care nu au reu\u0219it s\u0103 ia la examen nota 5. De altfel, \u00een mediul rural se afl\u0103 \u0219i cele mai mici note, inclusiv note de 1. <\/p>\n<p>Adic\u0103, efectiv, elevi care nu au vrut sau nu au putut s\u0103 scrie nici m\u0103car un cuv\u00e2nt sau s\u0103 rezolve un exerci\u021biu corect pe foaia de examen. Care sunt motivele pentru aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie? De ce mul\u021bi elevi din mediul rural nu reu\u0219esc s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 cinciul la Evaluarea Na\u021bional\u0103 sau pur \u0219i simplu dau foaia goal\u0103 la examen? Sunt \u00eentreb\u0103ri cu multe r\u0103spunsuri, dar, deocamdat\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 solu\u021bii concrete la nivel na\u021bional. \u0218i asta \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie se perpetueaz\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 de la introducerea Evalu\u0103rii Na\u021bionale ca sistem de accedere \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul liceal, adic\u0103 din 2003-2004. Am \u00eencercat s\u0103 afl\u0103m c\u00e2teva r\u0103spunsuri \u00eentr-un jude\u021b al contrastelor.<\/p>\n<h2>Sute de elevi care nu au fost \u00een stare s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 nici m\u0103car nota patru<\/h2>\n<p>\u0218i aici ne referim la jude\u021bul Boto\u0219ani. Renumit pentru geniile sale, Boto\u0219aniul este un jude\u021b al extremelor. Pe de o parte, la Boto\u0219ani se formeaz\u0103 elite intelectuale \u0219i artistice, elevi cu rezultate deosebite, olimpici interna\u021bionali, pasiona\u021bi de cultur\u0103 \u0219i educa\u021bie. De cealalt\u0103 parte, \u00een acela\u0219i jude\u021b, se afl\u0103 \u0219i elevi care nu reu\u0219esc s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 nici m\u0103car nota doi la Evaluarea Na\u021bional\u0103. De exemplu, \u00een timp ce la liceele \u0219i \u0219colile de prestigiu din jude\u021b, fie din municipiul Boto\u0219ani, fie din ora\u0219ele Darabani \u0219i Dorohoi, se ob\u021bin rezultate foarte bune, la multe \u0219coli din mediul rural s-au \u00eenregistrat contraperforman\u021be de pomin\u0103. <\/p>\n<p>De exemplu, un elev de la \u0219coala din Pris\u0103cani a ob\u021binut nota unu pe linie la Evaluarea Na\u021bional\u0103. Un altul, de la \u0218coala Gimnazial\u0103 din satul Victoria, comuna St\u0103uceni, a reu\u0219it s\u0103 adune, la ambele probe, media 1,47. La fel a procedat \u0219i un absolvent de opt clase de la R\u0103useni. Acesta a \u201eperformat\u201d mai bine \u0219i a ob\u021binut 1,62. \u0218i \u00een situa\u021bia lor sunt sute de elevi din mediul rural din jude\u021bul Boto\u0219ani, care nu au reu\u0219it s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 nici m\u0103car media patru la examen. Adic\u0103 au luat note cuprinse \u00eentre 1 \u0219i 4.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201e80% din p\u0103rin\u021bii elevilor sunt cu opt clase\u201d<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/economie\/paradoxul-saraciei-in-romania-de-ce-se-simt-2511526.html\">S\u0103r\u0103cia<\/a> este una dintre cauzele identificate mereu de profesori, directori de \u0219coal\u0103, dar \u0219i de inspectorat. De obicei, aceste rezultate dezastruoase sunt ob\u021binute de elevii din c\u0103tunele mai mici sau din satele cu popula\u021bie s\u0103rac\u0103. Acolo unde elevii sunt mai degrab\u0103 ocupa\u021bi cu treburile gospod\u0103riei dec\u00e2t cu \u0219coala. \u0218i nu fiindc\u0103 cineva ar avea ceva \u00eempotriva \u0219colii, ci din ra\u021biuni de supravie\u021buire. <i>\u201eDom&#8217;ne, cum d\u0103 col\u021bul la iarb\u0103, copiii au treab\u0103. Cine s\u0103-i ajute pe p\u0103rin\u021bi? Nu au bani, le este greu \u0219i to\u021bi muncesc cot la cot. Unii la c\u0103pri\u021be, al\u021bii la p\u0103m\u00e2nt, al\u021bii cu v\u00e2ndutul. Cum pot\u201d<\/i>, m\u0103rturise\u0219te un s\u0103tean din M\u0103n\u0103stireni, jude\u021bul Boto\u0219ani.<\/p>\n<p>Este de notorietate, la Boto\u0219ani, m\u0103rturia unei directoare de la \u0219coala din comuna Ungureni, care, acum c\u00e2\u021biva ani, spunea c\u0103 un elev a adormit cu capul pe banc\u0103 la proba de matematic\u0103 a Evalu\u0103rii Na\u021bionale. \u00centrebat ce s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat, elevul a m\u0103rturisit c\u0103 a fost nevoit s\u0103 se trezeasc\u0103 la ora 4 diminea\u021ba ca s\u0103 adape animalele. S\u0103r\u0103cia merge \u00eens\u0103 m\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een m\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i cu al\u021bi factori, printre care nivelul sc\u0103zut de educa\u021bie al p\u0103rin\u021bilor din mediul rural. Ace\u0219tia \u00een\u0219i\u0219i nu-\u0219i pot ajuta copiii la lec\u021bii \u0219i nici nu sunt foarte interesa\u021bi de un parcurs intelectual superior al acestora, prefer\u00e2nd ca ei s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be mai degrab\u0103 o meserie.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"related-inline svelte-1e3czf1\" data-gtrack=\"{&quot;event&quot;:&quot;utm_click&quot;,&quot;data&quot;:{&quot;event_category&quot;:&quot;article_related&quot;}}\" href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-interne\/educatie\/admiterea-la-liceu-absolventii-afla-astazi-daca-2459474.html\" title=\"Alt articol de interes pentru tine\"><span class=\"inline-title svelte-1e3czf1\">Admiterea la liceu. C\u00e2nd are loc etapa a doua<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><i>\u201eLa noi, \u00een mediul rural, cam 80% din p\u0103rin\u021bii elevilor sunt cu opt clase, adic\u0103 provin din medii defavorizate, dezavantajate. Cam asta ar fi situa\u021bia. Problemele socio-economice sunt pe primul loc\u201d<\/i>, precizeaz\u0103 Irina Arhip, director \u0219i profesor de matematic\u0103 la \u0218coala din Rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti.<\/p>\n<p>La toate acestea se adaug\u0103 \u0219i faptul c\u0103 mul\u021bi p\u0103rin\u021bi sunt pleca\u021bi \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate, iar copiii r\u0103m\u00e2n \u00een grija bunicilor, care nici nu-i pot ajuta la lec\u021bii, dar, \u00een bun\u0103 parte, nici nu le pot supraveghea parcursul \u0219colar.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201eFactorii sunt multipli. Pe de o parte, \u0219i implicarea p\u0103rin\u021bilor conteaz\u0103, pentru c\u0103 parteneriatul \u0219coal\u0103-familie trebuie s\u0103 func\u021bioneze. Avem \u0219i un nivel sc\u0103zut de educa\u021bie al p\u0103rin\u021bilor, dar \u0219i un fenomen de migra\u021bie a p\u0103rin\u021bilor. Noi avem aici mul\u021bi elevi care au p\u0103rin\u021bi \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate \u0219i sunt l\u0103sa\u021bi \u00een grija bunicilor sau a altor persoane din familie\u201d<\/i>, adaug\u0103 Irina Arhip.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201eFie avem v\u00e2rfuri, fie avem copii sub nota 5\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>De altfel, situa\u021bia \u0218colii din Rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti reflect\u0103 o realitate la nivel general a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului din mediul rural din \u021bara noastr\u0103. Adic\u0103 \u0219coala din Rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti are \u0219i destui elevi foarte silitori, cu rezultate deosebite, inclusiv copii care ajung la licee de elit\u0103 din Boto\u0219ani \u0219i Ia\u0219i. Dar \u0219i mul\u021bi elevi care nu reu\u0219esc s\u0103 adune de un 5.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201e\u0218i de la an la an observ\u0103m c\u0103 au disp\u0103rut acei copii de mijloc. Fie avem v\u00e2rfuri, copii cu note mari, fie avem copii sub 5. Adic\u0103 copii de mijloc, de \u0219apte-opt, nu prea mai sunt. \u00cen plus, de la an la an este o descre\u0219tere a notelor \u0219i a procentului celor care ob\u021bin media 5\u201d<\/i>, adaug\u0103 Irina Arhip.<\/p>\n<p>O alt\u0103 problem\u0103 este sistemul de Evaluare Na\u021bional\u0103, care nu ar mai oferi motiva\u021bie copiilor. Adic\u0103 to\u021bi intr\u0103 undeva, indiferent de nota ob\u021binut\u0103. <i>\u201eLe lipse\u0219te \u0219i motiva\u021bia, pentru c\u0103, indiferent de not\u0103, ei merg la un liceu sau la o \u0219coal\u0103 profesional\u0103. \u0218i atunci apare \u00eentrebarea aceea: de ce?\u201d<\/i>, conchide directoarea de la \u0218coala din Rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti.<\/p>\n<p>De altfel, profesorii de la \u0219colile din mediul rural spun c\u0103, \u00een aceste condi\u021bii, se descurc\u0103 foarte greu. Mai ales c\u00e2nd \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 motiveze elevi care lupt\u0103 zi de zi cu s\u0103r\u0103cia \u0219i lipsurile, dar \u0219i cu p\u0103rin\u021bi care, la r\u00e2ndul lor, nu s-au \u021binut de \u0219coal\u0103, din motive diferite. Cel mai greu este cu acei p\u0103rin\u021bi care nu \u00een\u021beleg importan\u021ba \u0219colii liceale \u00een via\u021ba copiilor. \u00cen general, mul\u021bi prefer\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eemplineasc\u0103 16 ani pentru a pleca la munc\u0103 \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201eEste vorba despre mentalitatea p\u0103rin\u021bilor, care nu consider\u0103 educa\u021bia ca fiind prioritar\u0103 pentru copii, consider\u00e2nd c\u0103 nu este o perspectiv\u0103 de viitor pentru ace\u0219tia. Copiii ajung \u00een clasa a VII-a \u0219i a VIII-a \u0219i atunci se petrece fenomenul de abandon. Adic\u0103, cum reu\u0219esc s\u0103 treac\u0103 prin \u0219coal\u0103 ca \u201era\u021ba prin ap\u0103\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201eCum ajunge un elev care nu \u0219tie s\u0103 scrie bine \u0219i nici m\u0103car s\u0103 socoteasc\u0103 \u00een clasa a VIII-a? \u0218i aici o problem\u0103 este a profesorilor \u0219i a \u0219colilor. De ce \u00eei trec clasa pe to\u021bi ace\u0219ti elevi? De ce nu \u00eei includ, \u00een momentul \u00een care au observat c\u0103 nu \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 nimic, \u00een programe remediale, \u00een ceva care s\u0103-i poat\u0103 redresa? S\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 m\u0103car un cinci curat la Evaluarea Na\u021bional\u0103. Nimeni nu-\u0219i bate capul \u0219i \u00eei trec din mil\u0103. \u0218i ajung aici, la Evaluarea Na\u021bional\u0103, cu 1 \u0219i 2. \u0218i ne minun\u0103m\u201d<\/i>, spune un specialist \u00een educa\u021bie boto\u0219\u0103nean.<\/p>\n<p>De cealalt\u0103 parte, sunt profesori care spun c\u0103, orice le-ar face, sunt elevi care nu \u00eenva\u021b\u0103. Fie provin din familii foarte s\u0103race sau dezorganizate, fie din familii cu p\u0103rin\u021bi pleca\u021bi \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218efii de la Inspectoratul \u0218colar Boto\u0219ani spun c\u0103 vor s\u0103 implementeze deja ore remediale la \u0219colile de la \u021bar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201eA\u0219a cum am v\u0103zut, mediul rural este cel care sufer\u0103 cel mai mult \u0219i acolo trebuie neap\u0103rat s\u0103 g\u0103sim solu\u021bii. \u0218i eu zic c\u0103 acolo trebuie implementate activit\u0103\u021bi remediale, aproape \u00een fiecare unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt, pentru a ajuta ace\u0219ti copii.
