I wanted to make a song that they could dance to, so\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0got a weird goth edge to it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also described \u2018Act III\u2019 as \u201call that\u2019s great about Kasabian\u201d,\u00a0adding: \u201cIt\u2019s\u00a0got Kasabian DNA running through it.\u00a0It\u2019s\u00a0all the things that\u00a0we\u2019ve\u00a0done in the past.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"td-a-ad id_inline_ad2 id_ad_content-horiz-center\"><span class=\"td-adspot-title\">Advertisement<\/span><\/div>\n<p>The album was produced by Pizzorno and Mark Ralph at The\u00a0Sergery\u00a0and Club\u00a0Ralph, and\u00a0follows 2022\u2019s \u2018The Alchemist\u2019s Euphoria\u2019 and 2024\u2019s \u2018Happenings\u2019.\u00a0Pizzorno previously told\u00a0<i>NME<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>that the new record was driven by the same energy the band were aiming to bring to their summer shows.<\/p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Kasabian's Serge Pizzorno on 'The Alchemist's Euphoria' &amp; stepping up as frontman | In Conversation\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/i6mqvFuTnHA?feature=oembed&amp;enablejsapi=1\" frameborder allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re rehearsing already,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s great and the set is just full-on relentless. We\u2019re reimagining the songs and it\u2019s an eras-defining set with songs passing through from the start, a few little surprises and some mad bits that people will recognise.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re\u00a0just going to give the people what they want;\u00a0that\u2019s\u00a0the story of this summer.\u00a0It\u2019s\u00a0an excuse to go insane.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Last month,\u00a0Kasabian shared the G-Funk-inspired single \u2018Superpowers\u2019 and announced that \u2018Act III\u2019 had been delayed for \u201ca few final adjustments\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe couldn\u2019t send it out into the world without getting everything just right, albums are forever,\u201d the band wrote at the time. \u201cTrust us, it\u2019ll be worth the wait.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pizzorno also spoke to\u00a0<i>NME\u00a0<\/i>about stepping up as the band\u2019s\u00a0frontman\u00a0after\u00a0the departure of Tom Meighan in 2020, saying he had learned to use \u201cimposter syndrome\u201d to his advantage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a whole new thing for me,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019ve always written everything myself and I\u2019ve had to learn how to be a frontman, and learn quick. It\u2019s not like I\u2019ve had time! We\u2019re reimagining the songs and it\u2019s an eras-defining set with songs passing through from the start, a few little surprises and some mad bits that people will recognise.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re\u00a0just going to give the people what they want;\u00a0that\u2019s\u00a0the story of this summer.\u00a0It\u2019s\u00a0an excuse to go insane.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Last month,\u00a0Kasabian shared the G-Funk-inspired single \u2018Superpowers\u2019 and announced that \u2018Act III\u2019 had been delayed for \u201ca few final adjustments\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe couldn\u2019t send it out into the world without getting everything just right, albums are forever,\u201d the band wrote at the time. \u201cTrust us, it\u2019ll be worth the wait.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pizzorno also spoke to\u00a0<i>NME\u00a0<\/i>about stepping up as the band\u2019s\u00a0frontman\u00a0after\u00a0the departure of Tom Meighan in 2020, saying he had learned to use \u201cimposter syndrome\u201d to his advantage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a whole new thing for me,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019ve always written everything myself and I\u2019ve had to learn how to be a frontman, and learn quick. It\u2019s not like I\u2019ve had time!
