The spokesperson added that Condo will continue to maintain his longtime relationship with Spr\u00fcth Magers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe move marks a quick reversal. In November, Condo left Hauser &amp; Wirth after six years to join Spr\u00fcth Magers and Skarstedt, a return to dealers with whom he had worked for decades. Condo first exhibited with Monika Spr\u00fcth in 1984, and he was represented by Skarstedt from 2004 until joining Hauser &amp; Wirth in 2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIn a statement, Condo said he was already looking ahead to the two exhibitions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cI\u2019m very excited to be looking toward 2027 and my next exhibitions with Hauser &amp; Wirth in distinct locations that hold such resonance and allure for me,\u201d he said. Condo described Paris as a city that has inspired him for decades and said he is equally excited by the prospect of showing new work in Palo Alto, \u201cthe birthplace of technology.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tHauser &amp; Wirth president Marc Payot called the exhibitions \u201cthe next chapter in our collaboration.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cIt\u2019s wonderful to be starting the next chapter in our collaboration with George Condo by planning ambitious shows in places identified with cultural breakthroughs,\u201d Payot said in a statement. \u201cGeorge is, and always has been, a true pioneer.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tCondo remains one of the biggest names in contemporary painting. His works regularly command seven-figure prices, and his auction record stands at $6.8 million, set in 2020 for\u00a0<em>Force Field<\/em>\u00a0(2010).
