It will include interviews with family, friends and peers in the industry. She released her second album, \u2018Endlessly\u2019, in 2010, and in 2020 she returned with the singles \u2018Something Beautiful\u2019 and \u2018River In The Sky\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, she posted a photo of herself in a recording studio, writing: \u201cIf only I could find the right words to explain how much I\u2019ve missed you all. Working on coming back to you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After detailing her harrowing experience, Duffy called rape a \u201cweapon of war\u201d in a painful account of her experience shared on her website. has played her first concert in 15 years following a harrowing kidnap and assault ordeal.<\/p>\n<p>She withdrew from the public eye and the music industry around that time, and went on to share in 2020 the reasons why she was absent from recording and touring \u2013 revealing that she had been \u201craped and drugged and held captive over some days\u201d and that her subsequent recovery \u201ctook time\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>An upcoming Disney+ documentary will tell Duffy\u2019s story, from her upbringing in Wales and rise to fame, to her subsequent withdrawal. It will include interviews with family, friends and peers in the industry. She released her second album, \u2018Endlessly\u2019, in 2010, and in 2020 she returned with the singles \u2018Something Beautiful\u2019 and \u2018River In The Sky\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, she posted a photo of herself in a recording studio, writing: \u201cIf only I could find the right words to explain how much I\u2019ve missed you all. Working on coming back to you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After detailing her harrowing experience, Duffy called rape a \u201cweapon of war\u201d in a painful account of her experience shared on her website.
