Hooray.<\/p>\n<p>User me_hill <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/steam-machine-red-line-of-death-gpu-dead-hardware-fault\">was the first to encounter what looked to be a Steam Machine hardware failure<\/a> last week.
