CREDIT: Press<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>There is a new season on the way, which will follow a new generation of the Peaky Blinders \u2013 and two advanced looks at the show have been revealed, one showing Charlie Heaton as Charles Shelby, and another showing Jamie Bell as Duke Shelby.<\/p>\n<p>According to a press release, the \u201cnew era\u201d of the hit BBC and Netflix show will tell the story of \u201cthe race to rebuild Birmingham\u201d after the Second World War. \u201cThis is a city of unprecedented opportunity and jeopardy,\u201d it teases. \u201cAt its blood-soaked heart is Duke Shelby: older, wiser, more ambitious and most certainly more dangerous.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Duke Shelby was played by Barry Keoghan in the Netflix spinoff film, <em>The Immortal Man<\/em>, which picked up the story after the conclusion of the show\u2019s sixth and final season, and featured a soundtrack with the likes of Fontaines D.C.\u2019s Grian Chatten, Amy Taylor of Amyl &amp; The Sniffers, Nick Cave and Lankum.<\/p>\n<p>In a three-star review of the film, <em>NME<\/em> wrote: \u201cPerhaps it\u2019s not as emotional as you might hope but this sombre final chapter of Peaky Blinders still wraps things up as tightly as a burial shroud. CREDIT: Press<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>There is a new season on the way, which will follow a new generation of the Peaky Blinders \u2013 and two advanced looks at the show have been revealed, one showing Charlie Heaton as Charles Shelby, and another showing Jamie Bell as Duke Shelby.<\/p>\n<p>According to a press release, the \u201cnew era\u201d of the hit BBC and Netflix show will tell the story of \u201cthe race to rebuild Birmingham\u201d after the Second World War. \u201cThis is a city of unprecedented opportunity and jeopardy,\u201d it teases. \u201cAt its blood-soaked heart is Duke Shelby: older, wiser, more ambitious and most certainly more dangerous.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Duke Shelby was played by Barry Keoghan in the Netflix spinoff film, <em>The Immortal Man<\/em>, which picked up the story after the conclusion of the show\u2019s sixth and final season, and featured a soundtrack with the likes of Fontaines D.C.\u2019s Grian Chatten, Amy Taylor of Amyl &amp; The Sniffers, Nick Cave and Lankum.<\/p>\n<p>In a three-star review of the film, <em>NME<\/em> wrote: \u201cPerhaps it\u2019s not as emotional as you might hope but this sombre final chapter of Peaky Blinders still wraps things up as tightly as a burial shroud.
