Oscar Onley will miss the 2026 Tour de France after failing to recover from the shoulder injury he suffered in his horrific crash at the Tour Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes.<\/p>\n
Netcompany-Ineos confirmed Thursday that the 23-year-old Scot remains sidelined with what it described as a \u201csignificant shoulder injury.\u201d<\/p>\n
