Australia\u2019s slow-starting ski season received another small but encouraging boost overnight, with fresh snow dusting the slopes at Thredbo Resort<\/a>, Australia, on Saturday morning, June 20, 2026. <\/strong>The snowfall was modest \u2014 more of a dusting than a storm cycle \u2014 but after weeks of warm temperatures, rain, and delayed openings across much of the Australian Alps, any natural snow is a welcome sight. Photos shared with SnowBrains<\/em> by Thredbo Resort show a fresh coating of white across the resort\u2019s upper mountain, adding a distinctly more wintery feel to the landscape.<\/p>\n
