Jeremey Clarkson has revealed that he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer.<\/p>\n

The journalist and broadcaster, who co-hosted Top Gear <\/em>from 1988 to 2015 and later went on to front The Grand Tour <\/em>alongside Richard Hammond and James May, revealed the news in an episode of Clarkson\u2019s Farm<\/em> this week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve got cancer. I\u2019ve known since May,\u201d he told farm colleagues Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland. \u201cI had a medical, you remember back in May? I disappeared off the other week and had a biopsy done, and it\u2019s cancer and it\u2019s aggressive. But it\u2019s really early.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll have to go and have an operation. The operation\u2019s in and out in no time, but then you\u2019re slightly out of action for a little while.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI promise I\u2019ll be fine. Pisser though, isn\u2019t it?\u201d<\/p>\n

It isn\u2019t clear when the footage was filmed or how his treatment is progressing, with the presenter taking to social media last night to warn that the final two installments would be \u201ca difficult watch.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The last episode concludes with JC in hospital. \u201cSo we started Season 5 with me in a hospital bed, and here we are at the end of Season 5 and I\u2019m back in a hospital bed. Some of the treatment\u2019s gone a bit awry, let\u2019s say. So I\u2019m going to be here for a little while.<\/p>\n
