Acesta a subliniat c\u0103, \u201dindiferent de num\u0103rul controalelor efectuate la nivel na\u021bional \u0219i interna\u021bional, vor exista persoane care vor \u00eencerca s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 c\u00e2\u0219tiguri mai rapide \u0219i mai mari dec\u00eet cele realizate prin desf\u0103\u0219urarea unor activit\u0103\u021bi comerciale conforme cu legisla\u021bia \u00een vigoare\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit decanului FIA, Georgiana Fediuc, doctorand\u0103 \u00een anul al IV-lea \u00een domeniul Ingineria Produselor Alimentare, a studiat, pe parcursul programului doctoral, metode de identificare a falsific\u0103rii uleiului de nuc\u0103 prin amestecarea acestuia cu alte uleiuri comestibile.
