Clive Barker\u2019s Hellraiser: Revival<\/a> has a release date: October 8, 2026. That\u2019s across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Saber Interactive\u2019s gruesome survival horror game, based on the movie franchise created by Clive Barker, has a new trailer to coincide with the release date announcement.<\/p>\n

The digital and physical Standard Edition will be available to pre-order soon for $39.99, and the $49.99 Deluxe Edition will also be available to pre-order before release. If you pre-order any edition you get the exclusive in-game Labyrinth Pistol Skin and Martyr Sawblade Skin at release. Elsewhere, the Collector\u2019s Editions includes a variety of exclusive, licensed collectibles.<\/p>\n

In March, Saber Interactive chief Tim Willits told IGN that Hellraiser: Revival had secured its ESRB rating without any cuts<\/a>. If you\u2019ve seen anything of the upcoming survival horror game Hellraiser: Revival, then you\u2019ll know it isn\u2019t for the faint of heart. Full of bloody violence, gruesome gore, and BDSM-themed sex and nudity, it’s a true translation of the pain and pleasure film series. Indeed,its opening scene is an extended sequence of sadomasochism involving hooks and other sharp objects.<\/p>\n

Last year, we heard from Willits that Saber intended to push its M Rating as far as it could<\/u><\/a> with the upcoming video game adaptation. In that interview with IGN, he said: \u201cWe are going to go as far as we possibly can, as far as the people that make rules will let us go.\u201d<\/p>\n
