Hellraiser: Revival launches on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X\/S on 8th October, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The date came from a gruesome new trailer on <a href=\"https:\/\/saber.games\/hellraiserrevival\/\">the game&#8217;s official website<\/a> and YouTube, which does a better job than other previews of showing off how the game actually plays.<\/p>\n<p>From the ability to invoke the Cenobites&#8217; hooks &#8211; the iconic extra-dimensional beings from the movies and the original novella &#8211; to using pyrokinesis, the combat loop goes well beyond simply shooting at and smacking demonic horrors until they&#8217;re, um, dead again. The Genesis Configuration box used by the protagonist &#8211; which is different from the Lament cube that invokes the Cenobites in the films &#8211; can also be used to help with puzzles, so there&#8217;s at least a promise of more varied gameplay.<\/p>\n<p>The game, which has been described as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/new-hellraiser-revival-dev-diary-suggests-the-horror-game-shouldnt-be-played-by-anyone-sensitive-to-adult-themes\">sexually explicit, violent, and gory<\/a>, will be available in two different editions: Standard ($39.99) and Deluxe ($49.99).
