Aceste propuneri sunt discutate la nivel de catedre \u0219i \u00een consiliul profesoral, unde se verific\u0103 at\u00e2t resursele disponibile, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00eencadrarea \u00een planul-cadru pilotat. Elevii au un rol \u00een alegerea final\u0103, select\u00e2nd dintre op\u021biunile propuse \u00een func\u021bie de interesele lor. Dup\u0103 validare, disciplinele devin parte din oferta \u0219colii \u0219i sunt incluse \u00een planul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt, cu orar \u0219i evaluare proprii.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Includerea <\/strong><strong>\u00een pilotarea <\/strong><strong>na\u021bional\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Acest lucru este posibil pentru c\u0103 Ministerul Educa\u021biei a aprobat includerea Liceului Tehnologic \u201eAlexandru Ioan Cuza\u201d din Buz\u0103u \u00een pilotarea planurilor-cadru alternative. Decizia permite \u0219colii s\u0103 introduc\u0103 discipline op\u021bionale proprii, construite la nivel local.<\/p>\n<p>Liceul Tehnologic \u201eAlexandru Ioan Cuza\u201d Buz\u0103u este singura unitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt din jude\u021bul Buz\u0103u inclus\u0103 \u00een program \u0219i una dintre cele 32 de \u0219coli din Rom\u00e2nia selectate la nivel na\u021bional. Din total, \u0219apte sunt licee tehnologice.<\/p>\n<p>Pilotarea schimb\u0103 modul de organizare a curriculumului. P\u00e2n\u0103 acum, planurile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt au fost stabilite central. Liceele au aplicat acelea\u0219i structuri, indiferent de profil, industrie sau cererea local\u0103 de competen\u021be. Aici sunt incluse Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 \u00een prognoza cererii, Business analytics, Transformarea digital\u0103 \u0219i Matematica aplicat\u0103 \u00een economia digital\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Oferta se extinde \u0219i \u00een zona comunic\u0103rii, cu discipline care reflect\u0103 impactul mediului digital asupra informa\u021biei \u0219i interac\u021biunii. Apar cursuri precum \u201eDetectivi AI ai informa\u021biei\u201d, \u201eCe citim, ce credem, ce spunem \u00een era IA\u201d, \u201eLitera\u021bie \u00een mediul digital\u201d \u0219i \u201eComunicare profesional\u0103 digital\u201d \u0219i \u201eStoryLab\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O disciplin\u0103 distinct\u0103 poart\u0103 denumirea \u201eLife Skills \u2013 Transform\u0103-\u021bi pasiunile \u00een competen\u021be\u201d. Structura include activit\u0103\u021bi din sport, fotografie, video, gaming, voluntariat, organizare de evenimente \u0219i leadership. Evaluarea vizeaz\u0103 competen\u021be transferabile: comunicare, colaborare, organizare, responsabilitate.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cadrul acestei pilot\u0103ri, elevii au rol \u00een definirea disciplinelor. Grupe de elevi din clasele a X-a \u0219i a XI-a au propus con\u021binuturi, au formulat argumente \u0219i au stabilit direc\u021bii de studiu.<\/p>\n<p>Procesul de transformare putem spune c\u0103 a \u00eenceput\u00a0 \u00eenainte de aprobarea ministerial\u0103 pentru c\u0103 liceul buzoian a participat la Programul de Transformare a \u0218colilor din Rom\u00e2nia, coordonat de Asocia\u021bia pentru Valori \u00een Educa\u021bie. Modelul ERR (Evocare \u2013 Realizarea sensului \u2013 Reflec\u021bie) a fost utilizat ca reper pentru analiza \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii. Instrumentele de observare a lec\u021biilor au fost ajustate pentru a urm\u0103ri progresul elevului, nu doar livrarea con\u021binutului.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Integrarea inteligen\u021bei artificiale \u00een formare<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Planul din jurul pilot\u0103rii include \u0219i integrarea inteligen\u021bei artificiale \u00een procesul de formare. Disciplina tehnologic\u0103 introduce utilizarea AI \u00een industrie, verificarea rezultatelor generate de sisteme automate \u0219i aplicarea lor \u00een contexte profesionale.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru elevii de gimnaziu, oferta liceului include trasee diferen\u021biate. Elevii au acces la practic\u0103, laboratoare, stagii la operatori economici \u0219i mobilit\u0103\u021bi Erasmus+. Prima variant\u0103 men\u021bine planuri fixe. A doua variant\u0103 permite definirea unor discipline proprii, \u00een func\u021bie de resurse, parteneriate \u0219i profilul elevilor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Decizia mutat\u0103 la nivelul \u0219colii ca produc\u0103tor de curriculum<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Schimbarea afecteaz\u0103 modul \u00een care este organizat\u0103 \u0219coala. Decizia privind con\u021binuturile nu se mai afl\u0103 exclusiv la nivel central. Se mut\u0103 la nivelul unit\u0103\u021bii de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt, cu participarea profesorilor \u0219i a elevilor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen acest model, \u0219coala devine produc\u0103tor de curriculum, nu doar aplicator. Aceast\u0103 schimbare \u00eei ofer\u0103 o flexibilitate mai mare \u00een raport cu cerin\u021bele pie\u021bei muncii. Disciplinele pot fi ajustate \u00een func\u021bie de evolu\u021bia tehnologiilor, de profilul elevilor \u0219i de nevoile concrete ale angajatorilor locali \u0219i interna\u021bionali.
