After <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/a-remake-of-star-fox-64-is-coming-to-switch-2-this-june\">whispers of a Star Fox remake turned out to be true<\/a>, the company has confirmed it&#8217;s also got a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/games\/the-legend-of-zelda-ocarina-of-time\">The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time<\/a> remake on the way, and it&#8217;s coming to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/platforms\/switch-2\">Switch 2<\/a> later this year.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s not a huge amount to report beyond that, however, with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=r8eMoxo4ipE\">Nintendo only showing a brief teaser<\/a> during its latest Direct showcase. Not that there&#8217;s a huge amount to say: this is, after all, Ocarina of Time&#8217;s third go around following its 1998 debut on N64 and its 2011 3DS remake, so the classic action-adventure is hardly an unknown quantity. Wes Ball is directing with series creator <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/personas\/shigeru-miyamoto\">Shigeru Miyamoto<\/a> producing.<\/p>\n<p>Confirmation of Ocarina of Time&#8217;s rumoured remake arrives as part of Nintendo&#8217;s latest Direct showcase, which follows big announcement blow-outs from both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/everything-announced-sonys-playstation-state-of-play-june-2026\">PlayStation<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/everything-announced-microsofts-xbox-games-showcase\">Xbox<\/a> during this year&#8217;s Summer Game Fest.
