Cursul a avut loc \u00een cadrul unui proiect Erasmus+, implementat sub egida Acredit\u0103rii Erasmus \u00een domeniul Educa\u021biei \u0219colare \u0219i coordonat de Mariana Ciupu, director adjunct al \u0219colii.<\/p>\n<p>Cursul, organizat de Europass Teacher Academy, a reunit 12 profesori din Rom\u00e2nia, Italia, Cipru, Islanda, Turcia, Letonia \u0219i Malta, oferind participan\u021bilor oportunitatea de a explora una dintre cele mai moderne abord\u0103ri educa\u021bionale europene: trecerea de la modelul STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) la modelul STEAM, care integreaz\u0103 \u00een procesul educa\u021bional \u0219i domeniul artelor \u0219i designului.<\/p>\n<p>Conform Marianei Ciupu, directoarea adjunct\u0103 a \u0219colii \u0219i coordonatoarea proiectelor Acreditare Erasmus \u2013 Educa\u021bie \u0219colar\u0103, \u00een contextul unei societ\u0103\u021bi aflate \u00eentr-o continu\u0103 transformare, educa\u021bia STEAM promoveaz\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea interdisciplinar\u0103 \u0219i dezvoltarea competen\u021belor secolului al XXI-lea, oferind elevilor oportunit\u0103\u021bi de a conecta cuno\u0219tin\u021bele teoretice cu situa\u021bii reale de via\u021b\u0103. Participan\u021bii au analizat diferen\u021bele dintre abord\u0103rile STEM \u0219i STEAM, au explorat modalit\u0103\u021bi inovatoare de proiectare a lec\u021biilor \u0219i au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat cum pot integra creativitatea, artele \u0219i designul \u00een activit\u0103\u021bile didactice pentru a cre\u0219te implicarea \u0219i motiva\u021bia elevilor.<\/p>\n<p>Programul de formare a inclus sesiuni dedicate introducerii conceptului STEAM, dezvolt\u0103rii unor programe educa\u021bionale interdisciplinare, activit\u0103\u021bi practice individuale \u0219i de grup, exerci\u021bii de digital storytelling, design \u0219i tehnologie, precum \u0219i realizarea unor proiecte colaborative.<\/p>\n<p>Participan\u021bii au experimentat aplica\u021bii \u0219i exerci\u021bii specifice educa\u021biei STEAM \u0219i au colaborat pentru dezvoltarea at\u00e2t a competen\u021belor tehnice (\u201ehard skills\u201d), c\u00e2t \u0219i a celor transversale (\u201esoft skills\u201d), precum comunicarea, colaborarea, creativitatea \u0219i g\u00e2ndirea critic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Pe parcursul cursului, profesorii au dob\u00e2ndit o \u00een\u021belegere practic\u0103 a modului \u00een care activit\u0103\u021bile STEAM pot fi integrate eficient \u00een mediul \u0219colar, \u00eencuraj\u00e2nd rezolvarea creativ\u0103 a problemelor, inovarea \u0219i conectarea con\u021binuturilor curriculare la contexte autentice de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare.<\/p>\n<p>Un accent deosebit a fost pus pe rolul artelor \u00een educa\u021bie, acestea contribuind la dezvoltarea empatiei, a capacit\u0103\u021bii de comunicare \u0219i a designului creativ, precum \u0219i la transformarea informa\u021biilor \u0219i datelor \u00een produse educa\u021bionale atractive \u0219i relevante pentru elevi. \u00cen cadrul activit\u0103\u021bilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, participan\u021bii au analizat modul \u00een care abordarea STEAM poate contribui la dezvoltarea competen\u021belor de colaborare, la cre\u0219terea motiva\u021biei pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i la formarea unei g\u00e2ndiri independente \u0219i inovatoare. \u00cen domeniul geografiei, proiectele STEAM reprezint\u0103 o solu\u021bie modern\u0103 pentru abordarea provoc\u0103rilor actuale \u0219i pentru conectarea con\u021binuturilor \u0219colare la realit\u0103\u021bile economice, sociale \u0219i de mediu ale lumii contemporane.<\/p>\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bile de formare, participan\u021bii au avut oportunitatea de a descoperi patrimoniul cultural \u0219i arhitectural al Cataloniei, vizit\u00e2nd obiective emblematice precum Sagrada Familia, Parcul G\u00fcell, Casa Batll\u00f3, Casa Mil\u00e0, M\u0103n\u0103stirea Montserrat, Cartierul Eixample, Castelul Montju\u00efc, Catedrala din Barcelona, Camp Nou, Poble Espanyol \u0219i alte repere culturale reprezentative ale ora\u0219ului Barcelona.
