The clip included a member of the crowd holding up a fan which displayed the \u2018C-Word\u2019, with viewers sharing screenshots of the accidental moment online.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for the programme told <em>The Sun<\/em>: \u201cWe apologise to any viewers offended by the accidental appearance of the expletive which was featured in concert footage. As soon as the error was discovered it was corrected and didn\u2019t appear in the +1 and ITVX versions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Goodrem joined a line-up that included Lily Allen, Scissor Sisters, Jessie J, Five and more, with the festival taking place last weekend (May 30-31) at Brockwell Park in South London.
