Dac\u0103 \u00een urm\u0103 cu c\u00e2\u021biva ani digitalizarea era privit\u0103 mai degrab\u0103 ca un instrument complementar, ast\u0103zi ea devine o competen\u021b\u0103 esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru profesia didactic\u0103. \u00cen acest context, universit\u0103\u021bile au un rol strategic \u00een preg\u0103tirea \u0219i sus\u021binerea profesorilor pentru adaptarea la noile realit\u0103\u021bi educa\u021bionale\u201d, arat\u0103 rectorul Universit\u0103\u021bii de Vest din Timi\u0219oara (UVT), prof.univ.dr. Marilen Gabriel Pirtea.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eUn raport recent OECD, ap\u0103rut \u00een aprilie 2026, cu titlul \u201eResults from the Teacher Knowledge Survey\u201d, arat\u0103 c\u0103 profesorii care de\u021bin competen\u021be pedagogice solide \u0219i capacitatea de a integra tehnologiile digitale creeaz\u0103 medii de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare mai eficiente, mai interactive \u0219i mai adaptate nevoilor actuale ale elevilor \u0219i studen\u021bilor. Raportul subliniaz\u0103 c\u0103 expertiza pedagogic\u0103 modern\u0103 nu mai \u00eenseamn\u0103 doar transmiterea informa\u021biei, ci \u0219i capacitatea de a utiliza tehnologia pentru stimularea g\u00e2ndirii critice, colabor\u0103rii \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii active. Inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 genereaz\u0103 at\u00e2t oportunit\u0103\u021bi, c\u00e2t \u0219i provoc\u0103ri pentru sistemele educa\u021bionale. Instrumentele bazate pe AI pot personaliza \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea, pot automatiza sarcini repetitive \u0219i pot oferi feedback rapid studen\u021bilor dar, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, profesorii trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be s\u0103 gestioneze riscurile asociate utiliz\u0103rii acestor tehnologii, inclusiv problemele etice, dependen\u021ba excesiv\u0103 de instrumente automate sau dificult\u0103\u021bile legate de evaluarea autentic\u0103 a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii\u201d, mai arat\u0103 rectorul UVT.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201e\u00cen acest nou context, universit\u0103\u021bile devin actori-cheie ai transform\u0103rii educa\u021bionale iar rolul lor nu se limiteaz\u0103 la formarea ini\u021bial\u0103 a profesorilor, ci include dezvoltarea continu\u0103 a competen\u021belor pedagogice \u0219i digitale ale personalului academic \u0219i didactic. Universit\u0103\u021bile trebuie s\u0103 creeze programe de formare care s\u0103 combine competen\u021bele pedagogice clasice cu utilizarea critic\u0103 \u0219i responsabil\u0103 a tehnologiilor digitale \u0219i a inteligen\u021bei artificiale. \u00cen acest context, speciali\u0219tii \u00een educa\u021bie atrag aten\u021bia c\u0103 simpla introducere a tehnologiei \u00een s\u0103lile de clas\u0103 nu garanteaz\u0103 automat \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea procesului educa\u021bional. Diferen\u021ba este f\u0103cut\u0103 de modul \u00een care profesorii utilizeaz\u0103 tehnologia pentru a stimula participarea, reflec\u021bia \u0219i implicarea activ\u0103 a studen\u021bilor. De aceea, universit\u0103\u021bile trebuie s\u0103 sus\u021bin\u0103 at\u00e2t digitalizarea infrastructurii, c\u00e2t \u0219i dezvoltarea unei culturi academice colaborative, bazate pe inovare \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare continu\u0103\u201d, remarc\u0103 rectorul UVT.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201eRaportul OECD (2026) eviden\u021biaz\u0103 \u0219i faptul c\u0103 profesorii care beneficiaz\u0103 de formare continu\u0103, mentorat \u0219i colaborare profesional\u0103 gestioneaz\u0103 mai eficient stresul profesional \u0219i se adapteaz\u0103 mai u\u0219or schimb\u0103rilor tehnologice. \u00centr-o perioad\u0103 marcat\u0103 de transform\u0103ri rapide ale pie\u021bei muncii \u0219i ale societ\u0103\u021bii, competen\u021bele pedagogice \u0219i digitale devin factori esen\u021biali pentru calitatea educa\u021biei \u0219i pentru rezilien\u021ba sistemelor educa\u021bionale\u201d, adaug\u0103 profesorul universitar Marilen Gabriel Pirtea.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201e\u00cen urm\u0103torii ani, provocarea major\u0103 pentru universit\u0103\u021bi va fi aceea de a preg\u0103ti profesori capabili nu doar s\u0103 utilizeze tehnologia, ci s\u0103 o integreze \u00eentr-un mod critic, etic \u0219i pedagogic relevant. Adaptarea la digitalizare \u0219i inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 nu mai reprezint\u0103 o op\u021biune, ci o condi\u021bie fundamental\u0103 pentru educa\u021bia viitorului. \u00centr-o lume \u00een care inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 \u0219i digitalizarea transform\u0103 rapid educa\u021bia, adev\u0103rata provocare nu este dac\u0103 tehnologia va intra \u00een universit\u0103\u021bi, ci dac\u0103 profesorii \u0219i institu\u021biile vor reu\u0219i s\u0103 o transforme \u00eentr-un instrument autentic de dezvoltare uman\u0103 \u0219i intelectual\u0103.
