Meanwhile, Ed\u00e9n Mu\u00f1oz earned\u00a0regional Mexican songwriter of the year\u00a0for the fifth time, recognized for songs including \u201cLejos Estamos Mejor,\u201d which also took\u00a0regional Mexican song of the year.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe pop\/Latin rhythm song of the year award was given to \u201cEn Privado,\u201d a bachata-inspired track penned by Manuel Turizo and Kemzo, published by MTZ Publishing, La Industria Music Publishing, and Sony Sounds, and performed by Xavi and Turizo. The song \u2014 included in Xavi\u2019s 2026 album Dosis<\/em> \u2014 reached No. 1 on Billboard<\/em>\u2018s Latin Airplay and Tropical Airplay charts.<\/p>\n

\n\tSony Music Publishing was named\u00a0publisher of the year\u00a0across both award genres after scoring 13 award-winning songs during the ceremony.<\/p>\n
