It was recently announced that Brandon Sanderson would be working with Tomorrow Studios on an adaptation of his popular YA series Skyward. The news was a bit of a surprise for fans who have been following the author’s progress on the Mistborn screenplay. But unlike Sanderson’s Apple TV deal for his Cosmere projects<\/a>, the Skyward TV series does not currently have a streaming service<\/a> attached.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

“I actually started meeting with them (Tomorrow Studios) like four our five years ago,” Sanderson said in his latest YouTube update<\/a>, “It was right after the One Piece television show came out that I sat down seriously with them. I’d taken some meetings earlier, but this was the first time I’m like, ‘All right, you really can make things that are good.”<\/p>\n
