\n\tThe German-born Oscar and Grammy Award winner will go coast-to-coast on his The Next Level<\/em>\u00a0production, which starts Oct. 12 at Perth\u2019s RAC Arena,\u00a0then heads east for shows in Adelaide,\u00a0Brisbane,\u00a0Melbourne\u00a0and\u00a0Sydney.<\/p>\n\n

\n\tZimmer will travel with his 19-piece band and featuring various vocalists, including Lisa Gerrard, singer with Australia\u2019s Dead Can Dance, and a newly designed, \u201cstriking architectural stage concept\u201d that\u2019s said to blend electronic sound design with powerful orchestration.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe Interstellar <\/em>composer, arranger and multi-instrumentalist wants the experience to feel something like a party, at a fun park. \u201cI want fans to feel like they\u2019re at a rave party or riding a roller coaster,\u201d he explains in a statement. \u201cFor me, every show is a new voyage of discovery. The greatest challenge is the status quo \u2013 you have to do everything in your power to leave it behind and find and create something new.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\tAustralia clearly loves Zimmer and his deep catalogue of compositions, from Gladiator<\/em> to\u00a0Pirates of the Caribbean<\/em>,\u00a0The Dark Knight<\/em>,\u00a0Interstellar<\/em>,\u00a0Mission: Impossible<\/em>,\u00a0F1<\/em>,\u00a0The Lion King, Black Hawk Down<\/em>,\u00a0The Last Samurai<\/em>, Dune<\/em> and many others. He was last in the market in April 2025, for five east coast arena shows.<\/p>\n\n\tHans Zimmer Live \u2013 The Next Level <\/em>has been a blockbuster in his native Europe. By April 2026, reps say, the tour had completed 50 sold-out shows in 17 countries, shifting more than 600,000 tickets.<\/p>\n\n\tAll up, Zimmer has scored more than 500 projects across all mediums, which have grossed more than $28 billion combined at the global box office.\u00a0His treasure chest includes two Academy Awards, three Golden Globes, five Grammys, and an American Music Award.<\/p>\n
\n\tPresales open at Tuesday, June 2, ahead of the general on sale\u00a0Wednesday, June 3 via frontiertouring\/hanszimmerlive and Ticketek.com.au. All shows are licensed all-ages.<\/p>\n\n\n
