\n\tIn a sweet post on Weverse after the ceremony at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas \u2014 where the boy band is currently in the midst of a four-night run at Allegiant Stadium while on tour \u2014 the K-pop performer shared an edited version of BTS\u2019 winner card to display who he thinks should\u2019ve won artist of the year instead. \u201cARMY,\u201d the card says instead of the septet\u2019s band name.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cOur ARMY won an award,\u201d Jimin wrote in the caption, according to the platform\u2019s English translation.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe singer\u2019s tribute to ARMY recognizes that the AMAs are fan voted, meaning BTS\u2019 passionate listeners were 100% the reason for the group\u2019s big victory Monday night. Jimin and his bandmates \u2014 RM, j-hope, SUGA, Jin, Jung Kook and V \u2014 also won song of the summer for Billboard Hot 100-topping single \u201cSWIM\u201d and best male K-pop artist.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cARMYs, we made it once again,\u201d RM said while accepting artist of the year. \u201cIt\u2019s a fan-voted award, so our biggest thanks and gratitude goes to the ARMYs all over the world. You stood by us for the past 13 years \u2014 thank you so much.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tJimin added at the podium, \u201cThank you for passionately following us on tour and showing so much love in every city.\u201d Shortly after the ceremony, he shared an adorable video of himself on his Instagram Story getting celebratory cuddles from a sweet dog, who licks his face.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs Jimin mentioned, BTS is now on tour in support of new album ARIRANG<\/em>, which topped the Billboard 200. After the band finishes its shows in Vegas on Thursday (May 28), the members will travel to South Korea for two shows at Busan Asiad Main Stadium in June.<\/p>\n
