Arti\u0219ti, buc\u0103tari, bloggeri culinari \u0219i al\u021bi pasiona\u021bi de buc\u0103t\u0103rie \u0219i alimenta\u021bie sustenabil\u0103 sunt invita\u021bi s\u0103 exploreze \u0219i s\u0103 ilustreze artistic modul \u00een care se adapteaz\u0103 practicile gastronomice, gastronomia local\u0103, la schimb\u0103rile climatice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\">Reziden\u021ba va avea ca rezultat crearea unei lucr\u0103ri artistice\/ a unui proiect despre adaptarea culinar\u0103 \u2013 poate fi o instala\u021bie multimedia (vizual\u0103, sonor\u0103, gustativ\u0103 etc.), un scurt film documentar, un proiect fotografic, un atelier interactiv de g\u0103tit, o carte de bucate ilustrat\u0103 \u00een format digital, o serie de cartoline printate sau orice alt\u0103 propunere artistic\u0103 \u00een tematica dat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\"><em>\u201eAcest proiect de reziden\u021b\u0103, parte a programului\u00a0 \u201eGustul ca Patrimoniu\u201d, derulat de CRIES, este o continuare fireasc\u0103 a acestuia, \u021bin\u00e2nd cont de noile realit\u0103\u021bi climatice. Persoana selectat\u0103 va avea oportunitatea de a investiga, de a reflecta \u0219i de a ne face s\u0103 reflect\u0103m cu to\u021bii asupra modului \u00een care schimb\u0103rile climatice influen\u021beaz\u0103 tradi\u021biile culinare locale, disponibilitatea ingredientelor \u0219i practicile de consum alimentar. Ne dorim totodat\u0103 s\u0103 cre\u0103m o platform\u0103 de colaborare \u00eentre arti\u0219ti, buc\u0103tari, exper\u021bi \u00een schimb\u0103ri climatice sau din alte sectoare relevante \u0219i comunitatea local\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 gener\u0103m con\u021binut artistic, cultural-educativ, care s\u0103 inspire publicul s\u0103 adopte practici alimentare mai sustenabile\u201d<\/em>, a declarat Mihaela Ve\u021ban, pre\u0219edinte <strong>CRIES<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\">Este un program \u00een mai multe etape, iar <strong>CRIES<\/strong> lanseaz\u0103 ast\u0103zi apelul public pentru selec\u021bia participantului\/ a participan\u021bilor la reziden\u021b\u0103. Ace\u0219tia pot fi: arti\u0219ti vizuali, culinari sau interdisciplinari\/ grupuri de arti\u0219ti interesa\u021bi de sfera comun\u0103 a gastronomiei, artei \u0219i sustenabilit\u0103\u021bii, buc\u0103tari profesioni\u0219ti sau amatori, cercet\u0103tori \u00een antropologia alimentar\u0103 sau \u0219tiin\u021bele mediului, activi\u0219ti de mediu interesa\u021bi de alimenta\u021bia sustenabil\u0103, bloggeri sau jurnali\u0219ti culinari.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\">Pe perioada reziden\u021bei, <strong>CRIES<\/strong> va facilita conexiunea participantului\/ participan\u021bilor cu diferi\u021bi exper\u021bi locali, fermieri, buc\u0103tari \u0219i alte persoane relevante din comunitate. Reziden\u021ba va cuprinde o parte de cercetare \u0219i documentare \u2013 cu privire la tradi\u021biile culinare locale \u0219i regionale, o analiz\u0103 a impactului schimb\u0103rilor climatice asupra agriculturii \u0219i disponibilit\u0103\u021bii ingredientelor locale, precum \u0219i una de experimentare culinar\u0103 \u2013 noi re\u021bete, testarea de tehnici de g\u0103tit care conserv\u0103 resursele \u0219i reduc impactul asupra mediului, ingrediente alternative \u0219.a.m.d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\">C\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torul va beneficia de <strong>o remunera\u021bie de 10.000 de lei brut<\/strong> pentru realizarea lucr\u0103rii sale\/ a proiectului s\u0103u \u0219i va avea asigurate cazarea \u0219i transportul pentru reziden\u021ba care se va desf\u0103\u0219ura \u00een Timi\u0219oara, pe parcursul unei s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, \u00een perioada <strong>24 iulie \u2013 1 august 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\">Cei interesa\u021bi pot depune aplica\u021bii p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een data <strong>de 26 iunie 2026, ora 00:00<\/strong>, pe adresa de email <a href=\"mailto:mihaela.vetan@cries.ro\">mihaela.vetan@cries.ro<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\">Aplican\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 dovedeasc\u0103, prin portofoliu, c\u0103 au minimum 3 ani de experien\u021b\u0103 artistic\u0103 (expozi\u021bii, proiecte, colabor\u0103ri, publica\u021bii etc.).<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\">Toate condi\u021biile sunt prezentate pe larg \u00een <strong>Regulamentul de participare la reziden\u021ba artistic\u0103 gastronomic\u0103 <em>\u201eGusturi \u00een schimbare\u201d<\/em>,<\/strong> disponibil pe site-ul <strong>CRIES, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/la-pas.cries.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Regulament-rezidenta-Gusturi-in-schimbare-2026.pdf\"><strong>aici<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\">Un juriu multidisciplinar va desemna apoi c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torul\/ c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torii.
