Nivelul actual al chiriei medii este \u0219i cu 7% mai ridicat comparativ cu valoarea \u00eenregistrat\u0103 la \u00eenceputul acestui an \u0219i cu 21,5% mai ridicat fa\u021b\u0103 de valoarea \u00eenregistrat\u0103 la \u00eenceputul lui 2025 \u2013 evolu\u021bia chiriei medii cerute include \u0219i varia\u021bia cursului de schimb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<i>Cele mai bune oferte ipotecare existente ast\u0103zi pe pia\u021b\u0103 au o dob\u00e2nd\u0103 cu aproape 2,5 puncte procentuale mai mic\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de v\u00e2rful de dob\u00e2nzi \u00eenregistrat \u00een urm\u0103 cu trei ani.
