At the time, however, it only explicitly outlined new pricing details for the subscription service&#8217;s lowest tier. Specifically, it said prices would rise, &#8220;starting at&#8221; \u00a37.99 \/ $10.99 USD \/ \u20ac9.99 EUR for one-month subscriptions (a \u00a31 increase) while three-month subscription would increase by \u00a32 to \u00a321.99 GBP\/ \u20ac27.99 EUR \/ $27.99 USD.<\/p>\n<p>The phrasing of the announcement &#8211; specifically the words &#8220;starting at&#8221; &#8211; suggested the price boost could well be reflected in higher tiers, but Sony simply reiterated the price for new customers in the UK would &#8220;start at \u00a37.99 for a one-month subscription and 21.99 for a three-month subscription, when approached to provide clarification by Eurogamer.<\/p>\n<p>Now, however, with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.playstation.com\/en-gb\/ps-plus\/\">price increases now live for new customers<\/a>, it&#8217;s clear the bump applies to all three PlayStation Plus tiers. A PlayStation Plus Extra subscription now costs \u00a311.99 \/ $16.99 for a month and \u00a334.99 \/ $43.99 for three months, while a Premium subscription rises to \u00a314.99 \/ $19.99 for one month and \u00a343.99 \/ $54.99 for three.
