Project<\/a><\/em><\/span>, releasing t-shirts and hats labeled \u201cReal Loser.\u201d 100% of the proceeds are being donated to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/stoked.org\/\">Stoked<\/a><\/em>, a nonprofit that helps underprivileged youth participate in action sports like surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>From Mount Bachelor to the Real Loser Project: A Bend Native Gives Back<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>The Bend, Oregon, native grew up skiing on <a href=\"https:\/\/snowbrains.com\/why-mt-bachelor-or-is-the-dream-spring-ski-trip\/\">Mount Bachelor<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>He was involved with the Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Fund (MBSEF), a nonprofit that uses competitive snow sports to create opportunities for athletes. The Olympian even heard from celebrities, including rapper Snoop Dogg, who gave Hess a <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DWkJsl2EjI6\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&amp;igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==\">FaceTime call<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>After finishing in 10th overall in the men\u2019s halfpipe final, the halfpipe skier knew he wanted to \u201cmake something positive.\u201d <\/strong>A little over three months later, Hess kicked off his project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So far, The Loser Project has helped raise over $4,250 for Stoked. <\/strong>It is nearly halfway to its $10,000 goal just two days after the project\u2019s announcement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cLet\u2019s all be real losers together for a better tomorrow,\u201d Hess said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to Support Hunter Hess and Stoked<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u201cReal Loser\u201d merchandise can be purchased on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.therealloserproject.com\/\">The Real Loser Project website<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>Hats are available for $30.00, and t-shirts are available for $33.00.
