However, the Louvre\u2019s new president,\u00a0<strong>Christophe Leribault,<\/strong>\u00a0and France\u2019s culture minister have argued that the project will be reoriented to give greater emphasis on upgrading the museum\u2019s outdated security and safety systems and preserving the former royal palace\u2019s leaking, aging building structure.
