and had not presented sufficient evidence to back up her claims.<\/p>\n<p>As TMZ previously reported, authorities <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/05\/14\/chud-the-builder-charged-with-attempted-murder\/\" rel=\"noreferrer\"><strong>arrested<\/strong><\/a> Chud after a shooting outside the Clarksville Courthouse outside Nashville earlier this week. The streamer is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/05\/15\/chud-the-builders-bond-set-after-tennessee-courthouse-shooting\/\" rel=\"noreferrer\"><strong>being held<\/strong><\/a> on a $1.25
